Take The Magic Step™, a multi-segment fitness and health concept, is designed as an educational program with the goal: to offer inspiration, education and concrete guidance to people who want to improve their health, fitness, and overall quality of life.

The concept is structured to meet the needs of companies, nonprofit organizations, schools, athletes, and non-athletes. Instruction can take place in a corporate or individualized setting through seminars, keynote speaking, personal visits, and email communication. Not a fad diet or quick-fix program, Take The Magic Step™ considers the whole person, body and mind; simplifies information; educates, and advocates a slow, gentle lifestyle change for permanent fitness and health transformation.

Uta shares her personal experiences, as well as her philosophy of health and fitness.
